About Me

“The saddest journey in the world is the one that follows a precise itinerary. Then you’re not a traveler. You’re a f@@king tourist.”
― Guillermo del Toro

I am a filmmaker / globetrotter from Turkey and I bought my first motorcycle in 2002. Since then, I have traveled more than 300.000 km on motorcycles. I have owned many motorcycles during those years and currently I am riding a Husqvarna 701 Enduro.

Since 2002, I have traveled through Middle East, Europe, Siberia, Central Asia, North & Latin America.

After working for the media industry for 14 years in Istanbul, I decided to quit my job on March 2014 in order the ride around the world on my KTM 1190 Adventure R and that trip took me 2.5 years to complete.

I was back in my hometown; Istanbul in June 2016 and I decided to keep going with a new motorcycle in order to ride through the continents I have not ridden yet.

On March 2017, I started my second RTW trip from California and I have been on the road since.

I am also creating audio/visual materials for many brands and testing their equipment on the road. Documentary filmmaking is also a passion of mine along with riding motorcycles and I create short videos / feature movies along the road.
